Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8512.0322. PUBLIC USE OF AUTHORITY'S SURPLUS LAND. The authority may not prevent free public use of the authority's surplus land for recreational purposes, hunting, or fishing except to the extent to which, in the board's opinion, the use would interfere with the proper conduct of the business.
