Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8512.0311. WASTE MANAGEMENT.

(a)The authority may develop the collection, transportation, treatment, disposal, and handling of any waste, as that term is defined by general law, and any facility in aid of those activities.

(b)The authority may construct or acquire sanitary sewer facilities for the collection, treatment, and disposal of sewage in a municipality's boundaries only with the municipality's consent.
