Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8512.0308. FORESTATION AND REFORESTATION; PREVENTION OF SOIL EROSION AND FLOODS. In the watershed of the Guadalupe and Blanco Rivers and their tributaries, the authority may:
(1)forest, reforest, or aid in foresting or reforesting; and
(2)prevent or aid in the prevention of soil erosion and floods.
