Sec. 8508.0153. COURT REVIEW.

(a)A person who is adversely affected by a rule or order of the authority may sue the authority in a district court to set aside the rule or order before the 31st day after the date on which the rule or order takes effect.
(b)Venue for a suit under Subsection (a) is in any county located wholly or partly in the authority. SUBCHAPTER E. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
