Sec. 8104.154. CONTRACT WITH CITY OF BAYTOWN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS.
(a)In this section, "administrative functions" has the meaning assigned by Section 791.003 , Government Code.
(b)The authority shall offer to enter into an interlocal contract under Chapter 791 , Government Code, with the City of Baytown for the performance of administrative functions.
