Sec. 8101.262. BONDS SECURED BY CONTRACT PROCEEDS; APPROVAL.

(a)If bonds issued under this subchapter state that they are secured by a pledge of the proceeds of a contract previously made between the authority and a municipality or other governmental agency, including a district, a copy of that contract and the proceedings of the entity authorizing the contract must be submitted to the attorney general along with the bonds.
(b)If the attorney general finds that the bonds have been authorized and the contract has been made in accordance with law, the attorney general shall approve the bonds and contract.
