Sec. 6903.205. ENFORCEMENT BY PEACE OFFICERS.

(a)A peace officer employed by the district or a county peace officer may make an arrest when necessary to prevent or abate the commission of an offense:
(1)in violation of a district rule or a law of this state that occurs or threatens to occur on any land, water, or easement owned or controlled by the district; or
(2)involving damage to any property owned or controlled by the district.
(b)A peace officer described by Subsection (a) may make an arrest under Subsection (a)(2) at any location. SUBCHAPTER F. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
