Sec. 6903.202. ENFORCEMENT OF RULES; PENALTY.
(a)The district by rule may prescribe reasonable penalties for the violation of a district rule.
(b)A penalty may consist of:
(1)a fine not to exceed $200;
(2)confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 30 days; or
(3)both the fine and confinement.
(c)A penalty adopted under this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by Texas law.
