Sec. 6903.104. BALLOT PROCEDURE FOR CANDIDATES.
(a)A person who wants to have the person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for director must present a petition requesting that action.
(b)The petition must be:
(1)signed by at least 50 residents of the district who are registered to vote at the election; and
(2)presented to the board's secretary not later than the 16th day before the date of the election.
