Sec. 6902.112. SOURCES FOR WATER; ACQUISITION OF LAND; STORAGE CAPACITY.

(a)The district may acquire or construct inside or outside the district one or more reservoirs and any work, water well, water field, pump, plant, transmission line, or other facility necessary or useful to divert, impound, drill for, store, treat, or transport water to the City of Crane and others for municipal, domestic, industrial, mining, oil flooding, or other useful purposes.
