Sec. 3911.106. RULES; ENFORCEMENT.
(a)The district may adopt rules:
(1)to administer or operate the district; or
(2)for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's property and facilities.
(b)The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.
