Sec. 3879.401. MUNICIPAL ANNEXATION; DISSOLUTION.
(a)Section 43.071 , Local Government Code, applies to the district, and the district is a "water or sewer district" for purposes of that section.
(b)Section 43.075 , Local Government Code, applies to the district.
(c)Section 375.264 , Local Government Code, does not apply to the dissolution of the district by a municipality.
