Sec. 3873.107. INITIAL VOTING DIRECTORS.

(a)The initial board consists of five voting directors who meet the eligibility requirements described by Section 3873.103 and are appointed by the commissioners court.
(b)Of the initial directors, the terms of directors appointed for positions 1 through 3 expire June 1, 2011, and the terms of directors appointed for positions 4 and 5 expire June 1, 2013.
(c)Section 3873.102 does not apply to this section.
(d)If permanent directors have not been elected under Section 3873.102 and the terms of the initial directors expire, the commissioners court shall appoint successor initial directors to serve four-year terms. SUBCHAPTER D. POWERS AND DUTIES
