Sec. 3854.154. EXPENSES AND LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN ACTIONS AFFECTING PROPERTY. If the district, in exercising a power conferred by this chapter, requires a relocation, adjustment, raising, lowering, rerouting, or changing the grade of or altering the construction of any street, alley, highway, overpass, underpass, road, railroad track, bridge, facility, or property, electric line, conduit, facility, or property, telephone or telegraph line, conduit, facility, or property, gas transmission or distribution pipe, pipeline, main, facility, or property, water, sanitary sewer or storm sewer pipe, pipeline, main, facility, or property, cable television line, cable, conduit, facility, or property, or other pipeline or facility or property relating to the pipeline, that relocation, adjustment, raisi

Sec. 3854.154. EXPENSES AND LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN ACTIONS AFFECTING PROPERTY.
