Sec. 3852.159. MUNICIPALITY NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY DISTRICT OBLIGATIONS. Except as provided by Sections 3852.105 and 3852.157 of this code and Section 375.263 , Local Government Code, a municipality is not obligated to pay a bond, note, or other obligation of the district. SUBCHAPTER E. DISSOLUTION
