Sec. 3843.202. MAINTENANCE TAX.

(a)If authorized at an election held in accordance with Section 3843.103 , the district may impose an annual ad valorem tax on taxable property in the district to maintain, restore, replace, or operate the district and improvements that the district constructs or acquires or the district's facilities, works, or services.
(b)The board shall determine the tax rate.
