Sec. 3836.204. ABOLISHING SALES AND USE TAX.

(a)Except as provided in Subsection (b), the board may abolish the sales and use tax without an election.
(b)The board may not abolish the sales and use tax if the district has outstanding debt or other obligations secured by the tax.
