Sec. 3793.0304. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
(a)Before a district improvement project may be put into operation, the district must transfer ownership of the project to the city.
(b)The transfer of ownership is complete on the city's acceptance of ownership.
