Sec. 3001.215. NEW ASSESSMENT AFTER INVALID PRIOR ASSESSMENT. If the board determines or a court holds that an assessment is invalid, the board may impose a new assessment in accordance with the procedures provided by this subchapter. SUBCHAPTER F. DISSOLUTION
