Sec. 21.307. WASTE DISPOSAL CONTRACTS.
(a)The district may contract to receive and to treat or dispose of waste from a person in the district.
(b)The district shall set fees in the contract after considering:
(1)the quality of the waste;
(2)the quantity of the waste;
(3)the difficulty encountered in treating or disposing of the waste;
(4)operation and maintenance expenses and debt retirement services; and
(5)any other reasonable consideration.
