Sec. 21.155. RECORDS; LIMIT ON DISCLOSURE.

(a)The district shall keep its accounts, contracts, documents, minutes, and other records at its principal office.
(b)The board and its employees may not disclose a district record that relates to trade secrets or the economics of an industry's operations. SUBCHAPTER E. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES
