Sec. 1121.252. LIMITATION ON TAX RATE.
(a)The tax rate on all taxable property in the district for all purposes may not exceed 25 cents on each $100 valuation of the property according to the most recent certified tax appraisal roll of the district.
(b)In setting the tax rate, the board shall consider district income from sources other than taxation.
(c)Section 285.231 , Health and Safety Code, does not apply to the district.
