Sec. 1117.251. GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.
(a)The board may issue and sell general obligation bonds in the name and on the faith and credit of the district for any purpose related to the purchase, construction, acquisition, repair, or renovation of buildings and improvements, and equipping buildings and improvements for hospitals and the hospital system, as determined by the board.
(b)The board shall issue the bonds in compliance with the applicable provisions of Subtitles A and C, Title 9, Government Code.
