Sec. 1114.301. DISSOLUTION; ELECTION.

(a)The commissioners court shall order an election on the question of dissolution of the district if the board receives a petition of 20 percent of the voters in the district.
(b)The commissioners court on its own motion may order an election on the question of dissolution of the district.
(c)An order calling an election under this section must contain:
(1)the time of the election;
(2)the location of the polling places;
(3)the issue to be printed on the ballot; and
(4)the presiding judge for each polling place.
