Sec. 1114.113. HEALTH CARE SERVICES ELIGIBILITY.

(a)The district shall provide health care assistance as required by this chapter to each eligible resident of the district.
(b)A person is eligible for health care assistance from the district if the person:
(1)resides within the district; and
(2)meets the basic income and resources eligibility requirements established by the district.
