Sec. 1107.064. GENERAL DUTIES OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. Subject to any limitations prescribed by the board, the district administrator shall:
(1)perform the duties required by the board;
(2)supervise the work and activities of the district; and
(3)direct the affairs of the district.
