Sec. 1105.206. BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION. The following are exempt from taxation by this state or a political subdivision of this state:
(1)any bonds issued by the district;
(2)the transfer of the bonds; and
(3)bond revenue, including any profits made in the sale of the bonds.
