Sec. 11020.0303. WATER CONSERVATION OR DROUGHT CONTINGENCY PLANS. The alliance by rule may develop, prepare, revise, adopt, implement, enforce, and manage water conservation or drought contingency plans for the alliance or any portion of the alliance.
