Sec. 11006.155. SOURCES FOR WATER; ACQUISITION OF LAND; STORAGE CAPACITY.

(a)The authority may acquire or construct, inside or outside the authority, any work, well, plant, transmission line, or other facility necessary or useful to divert, impound, drill for, store, treat, or transport water to the cities for municipal, domestic, agricultural, industrial, or any other useful purposes.
(b)The authority may develop or otherwise acquire underground sources of water.
(c)The authority may acquire land, or an interest in land, inside or outside the authority for any reservoir, work, well, plant, transmission line, or other facility necessary or useful to impound, store, treat, or transport water to the cities and others for municipal, domestic, agricultural, industrial, mining, oil flooding,
