Sec. 1086.062. ASSISTANT DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR; ATTORNEY.
(a)The board may appoint qualified persons as:
(1)the assistant district administrator; and
(2)the attorney for the district.
(b)The assistant district administrator and the attorney for the district serve at the will of the board and are entitled to compensation as determined by the board.
