Sec. 1077.101. DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY.
(a)The district has full responsibility for operating all hospital facilities for providing medical and hospital care of the indigent persons in the district.
(b)The district shall provide medical and hospital care for the district's needy inhabitants.
