Sec. 1067.104. HOSPITAL OR HOSPITAL SYSTEM.
(a)The district shall provide for the establishment, administration, maintenance, operation, and financing of a hospital or hospital system in the district.
(b)The district may provide any services or facilities necessary for hospital or medical care, including:
(1)rural health clinics;
(2)outpatient clinics;
(3)nursing homes;
(4)home health care agencies;
(5)extended care facilities;
(6)assisted living or personal care facilities; and
(7)retirement, housing, and medical office buildings.
