Sec. 1064.115. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES.
(a)The board shall require a county, municipality, or public hospital located outside the district to reimburse the district for the district's care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county, municipality, or public hospital as provided by Chapter 61 , Health and Safety Code.
(b)The board shall require the sheriff of Moore County to reimburse the district for the district's care and treatment of a person confined in a Moore County jail facility who is not indigent and does not reside in the district.
(c)The board shall require the police department of a municipality located in Moore County to reimburse the district for the district's care and treatment of a person confined in a jail facility of that municipality who is not indige
