Sec. 1063.063. GENERAL DUTIES OF CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER. Subject to the limitations prescribed by the board, the chief administrative officer shall:

(1)supervise the work and activities of the district; and
(2)direct the affairs of the district.
