Sec. 1053.203. DEPOSITORY.

(a)The board shall select a depository for the district in the manner provided by law for selection of a county depository. The depository serves for two years and until a successor is selected and qualified. In the alternative, the board may use the depository selected by the county.
(b)All income received by the district shall be deposited with the district depository.
