Sec. 1052.253. TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR.
(a)The board shall appoint a tax assessor-collector to assess and collect taxes imposed by the district.
(b)The district tax assessor-collector is not required to reside in the district.
(c)The board shall set for the district tax assessor-collector:
(1)the terms of employment; and
(2)compensation.
