Sec. 1039.156. ANNUAL AUDIT.
(a)As soon as practicable after the end of each district fiscal year, the board shall have an audit made of the district's finances that contains a detailed accounting of disbursements.
(b)The board shall select a qualified independent accounting firm to perform the audit.
