Sec. 1035.105. PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES. The district may provide:
(1)emergency medical services;
(2)home health care services;
(3)long-term health care services;
(4)assisted living services; or
(5)any other appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the district's needs.
