Sec. 1030.112. CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES.
(a)The board may contract with a public or private hospital, a political subdivision of this state, or a state or federal agency for the district to provide a mobile emergency medical service or other health care services needed to provide for the investigatory or welfare needs of district inhabitants.
(b)The board may contract with any person to receive or supply the services the board considers necessary for the effective operation of the district.
