Sec. 1027.117. AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES.

(a)In this section, "health care services" includes:
(1)home health care services;
(2)respiratory or physical therapy services;
(3)mobile emergency medical services; and
(4)clinic services.
(b)This chapter does not limit the district in providing health care services to any ill or injured person, regardless of whether the person is a district resident. SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
