Sec. 1012.152. NOTICE; HEARING; ADOPTION OF BUDGET.
(a)The board shall hold a public hearing on the proposed annual budget.
(b)The board shall publish notice of the hearing in accordance with Chapter 551 , Government Code.
(c)The board must approve the budget.
