Sec. 1006.109. CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES TO CERTAIN PERSONS.

(a)The board may contract with a county or a municipality located outside the district for the care and treatment of sick or injured persons of that county or municipality.
(b)The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the treatment of a sick or injured person for whom this state or the federal government is responsible.
