Sec. 1002.151. PETITION TO EXPAND DISTRICT TERRITORY.
(a)Territory may be added to the district on a petition for annexation signed by the owners of a majority in value of the land sought to be annexed, as shown by the county tax rolls.
(b)The petition must be filed with the secretary of the board.
