Sec. 1001.403. POTTER COUNTY TAX.
(a)The Potter County Commissioners Court may impose an ad valorem tax on all property inside the county and outside the boundaries of the City of Amarillo to provide financial aid to the district.
(b)The tax may not exceed 10 cents on each $100 valuation of all taxable property described by Subsection (a).
