Sec. 61.206. BIGHORN SHEEP IDENTIFICATION. A person may not possess a mounted or unmounted head of a bighorn sheep taken in this state unless identification items and tags are attached as prescribed by the commission. The commission may establish fees for tags or other identification items issued under this section. SUBCHAPTER F. PENALTIES
