Sec. 46.104. LICENSE: PERIOD OF VALIDITY AND FEE.

(a)A Lake Texoma fishing license is valid until December 31 following its date of issuance.
(b)The fee for the license is $5.75 or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more.
