Sec. 43.075. GAME BIRDS IN CAPTIVITY; BANDING.

(a)A licensee may hold pen-reared birds in captivity on the private bird hunting area only for release to provide hunting.
(b)All pen-reared birds released on a private bird hunting area shall be banded with a metal or plastic band before release.
(c)Each band must show the identification number of the licensee.
(d)The band must remain on each bird killed until the bird is taken to the permanent residence of the hunter, the permanent residence of another person receiving the bird, or a cold storage or processing facility unless the name and identification number of the licensee has been stamped or printed on the box, wrapping, or package containing the carcass of a bird that has been processed and possessed, shipped, or transported without
