Sec. 43.074. TAKING OF PEN-REARED BIRDS AUTHORIZED.
(a)A licensee or a guest may take banded pen-reared birds on a licensed private bird hunting area during the private bird hunting area season.
(b)The private bird hunting area season begins each September 1 and extends through the following August 31.
