Text of section effective on January 01, 2028 Sec. 31.0565. EFFECT OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE ON INFORMATION IN CERTIFICATE. A certificate of title is prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information in the record that constitutes the certificate.
