Sec. 12.405. CLASS B PARKS AND WILDLIFE CODE MISDEMEANOR. An individual adjudged guilty of a Class B Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor shall be punished by:

(1)a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2,000;
(2)confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 180 days; or
(3)both such fine and imprisonment.
